MLT / MT Responsibilities:

• Perform various laboratory tests and procedures with precision and accuracy.
• Analyze and interpret test results, and report findings to healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with quality control and quality assurance procedures.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.

MLT / MT Requirements:

• Associates Degree or higher in Medical Technology or similar laboratory related field from an accredited university
• ASCP or AMT Certification or eligible required
• Experience preferred but new grads welcome!
• Proficient in performing a wide range of laboratory tests and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
