Position Summary:


The Radiologic Technologist – CT/Diagnostic is responsible for performing high-quality CT scans and general diagnostic X-rays. This role is essential in delivering precise imaging that supports accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct CT and general radiology imaging procedures, maintaining high standards of accuracy and patient safety.
  • Operate and maintain CT and X-ray equipment, adhering to safety protocols and quality control standards.
  • Prepare and position patients, ensuring clear communication, comfort, and accurate imaging.
  • Document all imaging procedures accurately and securely in patient records.
  • Work collaboratively with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare team members to facilitate timely and effective care.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and institutional guidelines, keeping workspace clean and organized.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
  • ARRT certification in Radiography and Computed Tomography (CT).
  • Indiana State Radiologic License (or eligibility to obtain).
  • 1+ years of experience in CT and diagnostic radiology preferred; new graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality patient care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team setting.
