As a Medical Laboratory Scientist II, you’ll contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional laboratory services while helping drive forward medical advancements in healthcare.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced laboratory testing in a variety of disciplines, including chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and blood banking.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure precise, reliable test results.
• Analyze test data, ensuring strict adherence to quality control and quality assurance standards.
• Work collaboratively with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure fast, accurate diagnostic and treatment decisions.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continue your professional development through ongoing education and training.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field.
• Certification: Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Medical Technologist (MT) through ASCP or a recognized accrediting body.
• Preferred: Experience with laboratory information systems (LIS) such as Epic Beaker and SoftBank.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
