Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 with a 2-Year Commitment

As a Medical Laboratory Scientist II, you’ll play an essential role in delivering top-tier laboratory services while contributing to groundbreaking healthcare advancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform complex laboratory tests and procedures across multiple disciplines, including chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and blood bank.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.
- Analyze and interpret lab data, maintaining strict quality control and assurance standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely, accurate diagnoses and treatment plans for patients.
- Engage in quality improvement efforts and continue to develop professionally through ongoing education and training.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent field.
- Certification: ASCP or equivalent certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Medical Technologist (MT).
- Experience: Proficiency with laboratory information systems (LIS), such as Epic Beaker and SoftBank, is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
