Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

MLR Healthcare is seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive respiratory care, helping to improve patients' respiratory function and overall quality of life.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited two- or four-year Respiratory Care Program (preferably CoARC-accredited).
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC).
• Active Respiratory Therapist (RT) license in Ohio or a temporary RT permit.
• Current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider card (can be obtained upon hire).
• ACLS certification within 180 days of hire.

Job Summary:

As a Respiratory Therapist, you will:

• Assess and treat patients with respiratory conditions.
• Operate ventilators and perform diagnostic respiratory tests.
• Develop and implement personalized respiratory care plans.
• Administer treatments, including aerosol medications and oxygen therapy.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed.
