Your Role in Patient Care

In this position, you’ll not only address medical concerns—you’ll rekindle routines, restore self-confidence, and reignite joy in everyday living. Whether you're supporting individuals recovering from a stroke to regain fine motor skills or guiding orthopedic patients in their recovery post-surgery, your skills will uniquely contribute to crafting person-centered care that champions resilience and independence.

This role is not about following checklists; it’s about writing a narrative with each patient, where your expertise helps them press the reset button on their lives. Collaborating closely with fellow therapists, doctors, nurses, and support staff, you’ll create rehabilitation strategies that celebrate each patient’s unique story.

Why You'll Cherish the Team — and the City That Surrounds You

Our community thrives on connection. In our rehabilitation team, we don’t just clock in; we uplift one another, share insights, and celebrate victories together. This is more than a workplace; it’s a family where your contributions are valued, your development is a priority, and your influence is seen and felt daily.

Then there’s Indianapolis — a vibrant city that surprises and captivates. Gone are the dull surroundings; instead, you’ll be welcomed by welcoming neighborhoods, bustling markets, and a rich tapestry of cultural experiences. Dive into delicious culinary creations from local restaurants that serve everything from artisanal sushi to classic Midwestern comfort food. Explore the city’s thriving arts scene where murals, galleries, and theaters invite you to indulge in creativity.

In this city, there’s a sense of community that balances the buzz of modern life with serene parks and riverfront pathways. With cyclist-friendly trails and lush green spaces, you can swap your office shoes for sneakers and recharge with nature after work.

Your Ideal Candidate

We’re in search of someone who recognizes occupational therapy as a profound vocation, not just a career. You’re the kind of person who becomes energized when a patient regains movement or finds the words they’ve been struggling to express.
