Interventional Radiology Technologist - Travel Position
Location: Pennsylvania
Shift: Day Shift, Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Rate: $90 per hour
Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week 13 Week(s)
Job Description:**
The Interventional Radiology Technologist plays a crucial role in collaboration with the interventional radiologist, specializing in vascular imaging and interventional radiology procedures. The responsibilities include actively participating in the surgical portion of procedures, organizing and performing non-sterile aspects within the procedure room, and operating radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment to generate procedure images. The Interventional Radiology Technologist should maintain proficiency in radiography and/or other imaging specialties for cross-coverage and supplemental staffing when necessary.
**Qualifications:**
- ARRT Radiography Certification is required
- 2 years of experience in interventional radiology preferred
- Proficient in performing all phases of Interventional Radiologic procedures, including acting as an IR scrub tech
- Ability to provide care for COVID patients
- Willingness to float if needed
- EPIC experience is not required
**Shift Details:**
- Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
- On-call coverage required, weekdays or weekends
- 30-minute on-call response time
**Weekly Commitment:**
- 40 hours per week
