Position Overview:

 

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our esteemed team. As a key member of our laboratory department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate diagnoses and quality patient care within a cutting-edge facility. You will work with the latest technology in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a wide range of laboratory tests and procedures to support the accurate diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases.
  • Utilize advanced laboratory equipment and technology to deliver high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure exceptional patient care.
  • Stay current on laboratory techniques and best practices, continuously improving your knowledge and skillset.
  • Follow established protocols and adhere to quality control measures, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences, Medical Technology, or a related field.
  • Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) through ASCP, Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) through ASCP, or a similar accrediting body (AMT certification also accepted).
  • Ability to perform laboratory procedures with precision and efficiency in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong focus on teamwork.
  • Flexibility to work evening shifts (2:00 PM - 11:30 PM), totaling 40 hours per week, including rotating weekends and holidays.
