Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
MLR Healthcare is seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive respiratory care, helping to improve patients' respiratory function and overall quality of life.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited two- or four-year Respiratory Care Program (preferably CoARC-accredited).
- Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC).
- Active Respiratory Therapist (RT) license in Ohio or a temporary RT permit.
- Current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider card (can be obtained upon hire).
- ACLS certification within 180 days of hire.
Job Summary:
As a Respiratory Therapist, you will:
- Assess and treat patients with respiratory conditions.
- Operate ventilators and perform diagnostic respiratory tests.
- Develop and implement personalized respiratory care plans.
- Administer treatments, including aerosol medications and oxygen therapy.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed.
