• A Bachelor s degree and/or five or more years of experience in hospital maintenance and/or construction experience within a healthcare setting are required

Qualifications:
• A Bachelor s degree and/or five or more years of experience in hospital maintenance and/or construction experience within a healthcare setting are required
• This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved)
• Broad knowledge of TJC, OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and other government, state and local regulatory agency standards required

• The Director Facilities Management position is responsible for overall operations of the Facility Management Services (FMS), and Safety departments, as applicable
• This position also ensures training, monitoring and operations initiatives are implemented which secure compliance with ethical and legal business practices and accreditation/regulatory/government regulations
• Responsibilities for this position may include building and equipment maintenance, design and construction activities, central plant operations, and ground maintenance for the hospital complex
• The Director of Facilities Management position serves as advisor for facility issues and initiates and supports leadership development programs
• The Director position responsibilities include overseeing the activities of the department staff, ensuring quality, productivity, functional excellence and efficiency to accomplish strategic and operational objectives
• This position also ensures training, monitoring and operations initiatives are implemented which secure compliance with ethical and legal business practices and accreditation/regulatory/government regulations
