ARRT CT Technologist

MLR is looking for a skilled and compassionate CT Technologist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality CT scans while prioritizing patient safety, comfort, and care throughout the imaging process.
ARRT CT Technologist Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree and graduate of a JRCERT-accredited Radiology program.
- ARRT certification, IEMA licensure, and BLS CPR certification required.
ARRT CT Technologist Job Description:
As a CT Technologist, you will perform patient-focused imaging services under the supervision of a radiologist. You will conduct a variety of CT exams and procedures, administering ionizing radiation to produce high-quality diagnostic images. The role demands adherence to ALARA principles to ensure patient safety, compliance with regulatory standards, and exceptional care.
ARRT CT Technologist Key Responsibilities:
- Perform CT imaging procedures according to established protocols.
- Prepare and position patients for scans, ensuring comfort and clear communication.
- Operate and maintain CT equipment, troubleshooting as needed.
- Collaborate with radiologists to interpret images and provide accurate documentation.
- Follow safety protocols and radiation dose guidelines, adhering to ALARA principles.
