Position Overview:

MLR Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Radiologic Technologist Care Guide to join our team. This unique role combines technical proficiency in radiologic procedures with a focus on patient education and support. The ideal candidate will guide patients through their imaging experience, ensuring they feel comfortable, informed, and at ease.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clear explanations to patients about their imaging procedures, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Prepare and position patients for various radiologic exams, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays and fluoroscopy, as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate and timely diagnostic results.
• Maintain patient records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• ARRT certification in Radiography (R) is required.
• Current state licensure in Radiologic Technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to patient education.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
