We're in search of a highly motivated Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional patient care and serve as a valuable resource within our therapy department.

Responsibilities:

Physical Therapists play a vital role in assisting patients with injuries and chronic health conditions to regain mobility, manage pain, and enhance their overall quality of life. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting initial and ongoing assessments of patients' conditions

• Developing, revising, and evaluating personalized care plans in collaboration with patients and their families

• Administering therapy interventions using standard techniques and skills tailored to each patient's needs

• Supervising physical therapy assistants, students, and other support staff Requirements:

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy

• Proficiency in basic computer skills and interpersonal communication

• Fundamental organizational and time management abilities

• Competence in addressing the physical needs of diverse patient populations

• Current Illinois license as a Physical Therapist and CPR certification, or eligibility for a compact license
