Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS-ASCP), Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS), or equivalent (e.g., AMT) is required. New graduates eligible for certification are encouraged to apply. Ideal candidates will possess in-depth knowledge of clinical laboratory procedures, instrumentation, and safety protocols, along with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficiency in laboratory information systems (LIS) and data entry, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and leadership qualities are also essential.
