Shift Details:
  • Multiple shifts available
Job Summary for the Histology Technician:
  • Prepares microscopic tissue slides from surgical specimens for diagnostic purposes.
  • In addition, performs clerical and computer related activities with a degree of supervision dependent on experience and training.
Minimum Qualifications for the Histology Technician:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 12 semester hours in Biology or Chemistry
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in required field preferred
  • lab experience preferred
