Key Responsibilities for the Imaging Supervisor:

  • Oversee daily operations of the medical imaging department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of radiologic technologists, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.

Medical Imaging Supervisor Qualifications:

  • Certified Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) or equivalent certification in a related imaging modality.
  • Valid state license to practice in Illinois (IEMA).
  • Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
