MLee Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our client's dynamic & growing healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to evaluate their physical condition, functional abilities, and limitations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and collaborate with the patient and their healthcare team to establish achievable goals.
• Administer appropriate physical therapy techniques, exercises, and modalities to improve patients' strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on proper home exercise programs and self-management techniques to enhance the effectiveness of therapy.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation under hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, occupational therapists, and nurses, to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives within the department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist and certification from the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
• Proven experience in outpatient physical therapy settings, with a strong background in orthopedic and neurological conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and build rapport with patients of diverse backgrounds and ages.
• Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care, providing compassionate and effective treatments.
• Knowledge of the latest evidence-based physical therapy techniques and willingness to incorporate new research into practice.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
