Description – Your Contributions

• Conduct a variety of routine and advanced clinical laboratory analyses—including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more—adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate results for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform both preventive maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Support specimen collection and prepare samples for analytical procedures as required.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all procedures, assist in training new team members or students, and ensure adherence to lab quality standards.
• Promote a clean and safe working environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year post-hire.
• Maintain active certification throughout your employment.
