As a Physical Therapist, you will go far beyond mere treatment — you will restore dignity, spark momentum, and instill hope during some of life’s most challenging times. This is your chance to do meaningful work in a setting that redefines both professionalism and personal well-being.

We’re looking for a dedicated and empathetic Physical Therapist to join our team in Chicago — a bustling city where professional satisfaction pairs beautifully with a rich lifestyle. It's a place steeped in clinical excellence and infused with a community eager to support and inspire. If you're poised to make significant contributions from the inside out, now is your time to shine.

  • Additional specialized certifications (e.g., for neurological or geriatric populations) are advantageous but not essential

Skills

  • A strong background in physical therapy is highly desirable
  • Capability to manage patients with complex medical and mobility challenges
  • Excellent communication and teamwork aptitude
  • Proficiency with digital charting and clinical documentation systems

Benefits

  • Robust benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage
  • Support for continuing education and licensure renewal expenses
  • Generous paid time off combined with flexible scheduling options
  • A collaborative team environment with opportunities for professional growth

What You’ll Be Doing

Each day brings new challenges and rewarding interactions. You’ll serve as a pivotal support in the initial stages of recovery, guiding a patient from unsteady steps to a return to confidence and capability.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role where clinical expertise meets emotional connection. You’ll assess needs, enact targeted treatment plans, and adjust care strategies as patients evolve. As a core member of a dedicated interdisciplinary team, you’ll also play an essential role in discharge planning and ensuring smooth transitions to home care.

This position calls for both precision and genuine presence — and the rewards are unparalleled. Here, you will witness firsthand the immediate impact you have, making a life-altering difference with your skilled care.
