Physical Therapist (PT) - Full Time

MLee Healthcare is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Physical Therapist to join an established hospital in Illinois.

A Physical Therapist is responsible for the evaluation of patients referred for physical therapy treatment, formulation of treatment plan and goals, and administration of physical therapy treatments. The Physical Therapist shall be active in both inpatient and outpatient services and shall interact with all hospital departments and medical staff.

• Graduate of accredited school of Physical Therapy with Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience: all applicants will be considered

Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications:

• Must be licensed in the state of Illinois as a physical therapist.
• CPR certification
