Key Responsibilities for an Occupational Therapist:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance clients' functional abilities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.

Occupational Therapist Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois state license as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
• Successful completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to apply evidence-based practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
