Role Overview:

Physical Therapists play a crucial role in helping patients recover from injuries and manage chronic health conditions, empowering them to regain mobility and improve their quality of life. As a Physical Therapist, you'll be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough assessments of patients' conditions, both initially and throughout their treatment
• Collaborating with patients and their families to develop and evaluate personalized care plans
• Administering effective therapy interventions using a variety of techniques tailored to each patient's needs
• Providing guidance and supervision to physical therapy assistants, students, and support staff

Requirements:

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, interpersonal communication, and time management
• Ability to address the diverse physical needs of our patient population
• Current Illinois license as a Physical Therapist and CPR certification, or eligibility for a compact license
• Preferred: Minimum of one year of experience as a Physical Therapist in a healthcare setting
