Physical Therapist (PT) - 13-Week Contract

MLee Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Physical Therapist to join an established hospital in Illinois.

Physical Therapist Job Description:

• Responsible for the evaluation of patients referred for physical therapy treatment, formulation of treatment plan and goals, and administration of physical therapy treatments.
• Shall be active in both inpatient and outpatient services and shall interact with all hospital departments and medical staff.
• Administers appropriate physical therapy modalities used in physical medicine and rehabilitation as prescribed by a referring physician.

• Graduate of accredited School of Physical Therapy with Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in physical therapy

Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications:

• Must be licensed in the state of Illinois as a physical therapist.
• CPR certification
