Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid medical license to practice in Illinois.
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related specialty.
• Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care and effective communication.
