We’re hiring a full-time Clinical Laboratory Technician (MLT/CLT) to join our team. Whether you’re a recent grad or have a bit of lab experience under your belt, this role is all about learning, growing, and becoming a key player in delivering quality care.

We’ve got multiple shifts available — days, nights, and weekends — and pay is competitive. We’d love to talk with you about where you could fit best.

What Your Day Might Look Like: You’ll be hands-on with everything from collecting and processing samples to running lab tests that help doctors make critical care decisions. Blood, urine, tissue — you’ll handle it all with care and accuracy, using top-notch lab equipment and following high-quality control standards.

You'll also be documenting your findings, sharing timely results with healthcare providers, and ensuring the lab is running smoothly, safely, and in full compliance with industry standards.

Your Background: We’re looking for someone with an associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical Lab Science, Biology, or something similar. Still wrapping up your program or just graduated? No problem — we welcome new grads! Certification through ASCP, AMT, or another certifying body is preferred, but if you're eligible and planning to get certified soon, we’ll support you through it.

We’re hoping to find someone who’s detail-oriented, communicates well, enjoys working with a team, and can keep things organized — especially under pressure. Basic computer skills are also helpful since you'll be logging test results and navigating digital systems.
