We're seeking a compassionate and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist to join our therapy team in a dynamic, dual-setting role. This full-time opportunity is uniquely split between 50% inpatient and 50% outpatient, with half of the outpatient caseload focused on pediatric patients. In this role, you'll evaluate and develop treatment plans for adult and pediatric patients experiencing speech, language, and swallowing disorders. You'll provide therapy across inpatient and outpatient settings, adapting your approach to suit each environment. Collaboration is key—you'll work closely with occupational therapists, physical therapists, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure coordinated care. You'll also educate families and caregivers on strategies to support progress at home, maintain accurate documentation, monitor patient outcomes, and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and discharge planning.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience is required.

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Continuing education support
  • Employee wellness programs & PTO
  • Opportunities for professional advancement
  • Supportive, close-knit team environment
  • A culture that values collaboration, mentorship, and meaningful work
