Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all surgical instruments are properly cleaned, sterilized, and organized.
• Monitor and maintain equipment functionality before, during, and after procedures.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to facilitate effective communication and workflow.

Role Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited surgical technology program.
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Previous experience in a surgical setting is advantageous, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
