Your Role

• Performing thorough patient assessments, ordering necessary diagnostic tests, and developing tailored care strategies.
• Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, or chronic conditions in collaboration with fellow physicians or independently (as per credentialing).
• Instructing patients and families about preventive measures, wellness, and disease management.
• Prescribing medications and therapies within your professional scope.
• Engaging in patient follow-ups and chronic care management.
• Working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic and seamless patient care.
• Accurately documenting patient information within electronic medical records (EMR).

Educational Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP).
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.

Necessary Certifications

• Valid Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Idaho.
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or relevant equivalent.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or the ability to obtain within 90 days).
