A dedicated and detail-oriented MT/MLT is needed to join our laboratory team in Blackfoot, Idaho. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced clinical setting, performing essential diagnostic testing to support patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine and complex laboratory tests in hematology, microbiology, chemistry, and immunology.
• Analyze specimens and ensure accurate and timely test results.
• Operate and maintain state-of-the-art laboratory equipment.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment.
• Follow all quality control protocols and regulatory standards.
• Maintained thorough documentation and adhered to laboratory safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in medical technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
• ASCP or AMT certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) is required.
• Idaho state licensure (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience in a clinical laboratory is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
