Role Overview:

In this role, you'll perform various laboratory procedures using both manual techniques and advanced instrumentation. Your day-to-day tasks will include preparing and analyzing patient specimens, performing quality control checks, validating results, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You'll collaborate closely with providers, nurses, and other team members to deliver timely and reliable diagnostic data. Maintaining high standards for laboratory safety, infection control, and documentation is a core part of your role in inpatient and outpatient settings.

Qualifications:

Applicants should have an associate's or bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field. Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) through ASCP, AMT, or an equivalent credentialing agency is required. We're seeking professionals with strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to laboratory quality. Previous clinical lab experience is a plus, though well-qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
