Position Overview: 

MLR Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rehabilitation techniques and a commitment to patient-centered care. You will work with a diverse patient population, helping them regain mobility and improve their overall health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices through continuing education.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current Iowa state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
