To be successful in this role, you’ll need an associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical Lab Technology, Biology, or a related field. Certification through ASCP, AMT, or another recognized body is ideal—but if you’re working toward certification and eligible, we’d still love to hear from you. The right fit is someone with strong attention to detail, solid teamwork skills, and a desire to grow in a collaborative, mission-driven setting.
