MLR is seeking a dedicated Nursing Supervisor / Registered Nurse Supervisor to join a dynamic healthcare team and lead a nursing staff to provide exceptional patient care at a facility in Iowa. Key Responsibilities for a Nursing Supervisor:

  • Lead and support nursing staff to deliver high-quality care in accordance with established policies and standards.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members to optimize patient care.
  • Mentor and guide nursing staff, promoting professional development and excellence in practice.
  • Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling and resource management, to ensure safe patient care.
  • Partner with interdisciplinary teams to drive quality improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications for an RN Supervisor:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • A valid nursing license in Iowa.
  • 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience required.
  • 1+ years of manager / leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentoring others.
