Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the nursing team in delivering exceptional patient care in accordance with policies and best practices.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration to optimize patient outcomes.
• Mentor and guide nursing staff to promote professional development and maintain high standards.
• Manage daily operations, including staff scheduling and resource allocation, to ensure safe and effective care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive quality improvement and enhance patient care.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred
• Active nursing license in Iowa
• 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience required
• 1+ years of leadership or managerial experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
