RN – Med Surg / Pediatrics Nurse – Night Shift

Qualifications: 

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program 
• Active RN license in the state of Iowa 
• Experience in hospital or acute care settings preferred 
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills 
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities 
• Ability to provide care across all age groups and patient types 

What You Will Do: 

• Provide direct care to patients across medical-surgical, pediatric, and specialty care areas 
• Administer medications, assess patient conditions, and implement individualized care plans 
• Monitor and report changes in patient status promptly and accurately 
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other care team members 
• Document all care delivered according to clinical standards and safety protocols 
• Deliver care that is age-appropriate and responsive to each patient’s developmental stage 
• Maintain professionalism and composure while working night shifts and rotating weekends
