Description

• Assess patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments and create personalized treatment plans
• Implement physical therapy interventions aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and daily function

• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic objectives, discharge plans, and at-home exercises

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent from an accredited institution

Certifications
