As the Director of Emergency Department, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the department, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care, and leading a team of skilled healthcare professionals. We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record of success in emergency department management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a dedication to delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Education:

• Preferred: Bachelor's or better in Nursing or related field.

Experience:

• Preferred:
  • Previous lead level or management experience required.
  • 3 years of experience in an outpatient/physician office or healthcare-related specific area.

Licenses & Certifications:

• Preferred:
  • Advanced Cardio Life Support
  • Registered Nurse
  • Basic Life Support
