MLR is seeking a qualified Director of Nursing to join a reputable hospital in Georgia. In this role, you will oversee the overall management, planning, organization, and development of the Care Center. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while fostering excellence in patient care and improving departmental efficiency.

Schedule: Days 
Pay: $89,977 -$105,083

Key Responsibilities:

• Self motivation, creativity, and capabilities to function in a semi-autonomous role within a fast pace and dynamic environment.
• Develop, maintain, review, and update written policies and procedures, nursing manuals, job descriptions, reference library 
• Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, and charting as necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing Requires
• Unencumbered Georgia Registered Nurse License 
• 5 to 7 years of leadership experience in Long Term Care preferred 
• BLS & CPR certifications required
