To succeed in this role, you’ll need an associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical Lab Technology, Biology, or a related field. If you’re already certified through ASCP, AMT, or a similar organization, that’s a big plus—but if you’re eligible and working toward certification, we’d still love to connect. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a positive, team-first atmosphere.
