MLee Healthcare is partnering with a client in Georgia to recruit a skilled Full-Time, Permanent Medical Technologist to join their expanding team. This role offers competitive compensation and a supportive work environment.

• Salary: $70,000 - $105,000 Annually (Dependent on Experience)
• Bonus: $10,000 Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Assistance as Needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (3-12hr Shifts)
• Perform moderate and high complexity diagnostic testing on patient samples.
• Analyze, review, and report test results and quality control outcomes.
• Ensure specimen integrity by following proper handling and processing procedures.
• Accurately receive specimens, print labels, and enter and verify patient data.
• Identify and address issues that may affect test performance or result reporting.
• Participate in proficiency testing for relevant technical areas.

Qualifications:

• Education: Degree in Medical Technology or Laboratory Science.
• Certification: Valid ASCP or AMT certification required.
• Experience: Proven experience in performing diagnostic testing and analyzing test results.
