MLee Healthcare is actively seeking a skilled Inpatient Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at a renowned hospital in the Savannah, GA area. In this role, you'll be an integral part of our healthcare team, dedicated to assisting patients with both acute and chronic conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical conditions and symptoms, diagnose movement dysfunctions, and create personalized treatment plans.
- Educate patients on therapeutic exercise techniques, and use stimulation or massage to facilitate healing.
- Document patient progress, maintain accurate records, and advise patients and their families on at-home treatment and exercises.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
- Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
- Valid Georgia state licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
