Your Responsibilities

• Lead Full-Cycle Searches from initial discussions to final placements.
• Act as a Client Partner, gaining insight into their recruitment needs, challenges, and workplace culture.
• Strategically Source Candidates using our innovative CRM/ATS and your network, along with tools like our tailored communication platform.
• Utilize Our Infrastructure to manage candidates, monitor outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
• Focus on Permanent Placements that foster long-term benefits for clients while maximizing your commissions.
