Salary range: $33.50 and up
$10k sign-on


McCall & Lee have been asked by our Clients in Texas, Georgia, Florida to help with finding hard-working new grads and nurses that want to take their careers to the next level in a great program year-long program designed to give you hands-on experience to help establish valuable clinical and critical thinking skills. As an RN Resident you will be surrounded by a supportive community of nurse educators,

Qualifications:

Will Consider Candidates that have less than 6 months of acute care experience as an RN

• Will accept any international candidates that have experience in their country but not in the US yet. As long as they have a US license they can accept them and train them.
• If you have a candidate that just graduated and does not have their NCLEX but is scheduled to have it later, we can still submit them. As long as they had graduated we can move forward with them.
• Current Texas or Compact Rn license

Additional Notes:

• The program does last for 1 year with classroom training up to 9 weeks, preceptorship up to 13 weeks, and weekly meetings with our clinical support staff for the remainder of their program
