Your Role in Patient Care

In this position, you will tackle more than just symptoms—you will be an architect of routines, a builder of confidence, and a rekindler of joy in everyday activities. From assisting stroke patients with fine motor skills enhancement to facilitating recovery for orthopedic patients post-surgery, your comprehensive knowledge and compassionate approach will create a person-centered experience that nurtures resilience and independence.

This is not a space for mundane tasks or checklists; rather, it’s a realm where each patient tells a unique story, and every therapy session contributes a significant chapter to their personal narrative of recovery. You will collaborate intimately with fellow therapists, doctors, nurses, and social workers, forging tailored rehabilitation plans that are as distinctive as the individuals you serve.

Why Join Our Team and Relish the Locale?

We have cultivated an extraordinary environment here. Our rehab team doesn't merely clock in and out — we uplift one another, exchange insights, and celebrate each milestone, no matter how small. You will discover a workplace where your voice carries weight, your advancement is nurtured, and your impact resonates day in and day out.

Experience vibrant festivals, delightful dining options featuring everything from seafood to soul food, and an array of artists, musicians, and performers who enrich the city's fabric.

While Tampa draws in a diverse crowd of professionals, it still maintains a leisurely pace, allowing time for leisure activities such as waterside strolls and visits to local farmers' markets.

The Ideal Candidate

We are searching for a candidate who perceives occupational therapy as a true vocation. Someone who finds joy in witnessing a patient’s triumph when they regain their hand function, navigate with ease, or express thoughts they were unable to convey.

Whether you are an accomplished OTR/L or a recently certified professional, you will flourish here if you bring commitment, compassion, and a collaborative spirit. If you relish the prospect of marrying high-caliber care with a vibrant lifestyle — this is where you belong.

Embark on a Meaningful Journey with Us

This is your opportunity to be part of something greater than mere employment. Here, your contributions will sculpt futures, spark recoveries, and mend what has been lost. You’ll accomplish this in a region celebrated for its harmony of ambition and tranquility.

If you’re eager to evolve, give back, and immerse yourself in a caring community — we’re excited to welcome you.
