Key Responsibilities

• Lead Full-Cycle Searches from understanding needs to closing deals.
• Be a Client Partner, diving into their hiring requirements, obstacles, and corporate culture.
• Strategically Source candidates using our state-of-the-art CRM/ATS along with your own network and innovative tools.
• Utilize Our Platform for candidate management, outreach tracking, automation of follow-ups, and keeping everything organized.
• Focus on Permanent Placements that add long-lasting value for clients while rewarding you with robust commissions.
• Contribute to Thought Leadership while enhancing both our brand and yours.
