Job Responsibilities

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and devise bespoke therapy strategies that support the achievement of their functional objectives
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply scientifically-supported interventions to improve patients’ motor skills, cognitive function, and day-to-day living activities
• Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work collaboratively with OTs, PTs, SLPs, doctors, and nurses for inclusive and holistic care
• Educate Patients and Families: Train patients and their support systems on therapy methods to sustain continual progress at home
• Track Patient Progress: Monitor clinical progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on track

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Ongoing education or additional certifications welcomed and encouraged

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
