Job Details

What you’ll do:
- Chemical analysis of body fluids, including urine, spinal, blood, to determine the presence of any abnormal components

- Operate, calibrate, and maintain equipment used in quantitative or qualitative analysis

- Enter data from the analysis of medical tests or clinical results into the computer for storage

- Collect specimens from patients (biological)

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field

· Associates Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology

· Certification by the ASCP Board of Registry/Board of Certification

· Licensed by the State of Michigan (or eligible) in appropriate specialties such as (Chemistry, Hematology, and Serology)
