Position Overview: We are currently hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for various settings within our healthcare organization. Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and patient education.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor patient progress, assess changes in condition, and intervene as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Document patient care activities accurately and timely in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care delivery.
  • Serve as an advocate for patients and their families, ensuring their needs and preferences are respected and addressed.

Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Maryland.
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • BLS certification (ACLS, PALS, or other specialty certifications may be required for certain settings).
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different healthcare settings and work collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams.
