MLee Healthcare is currently seeking a Radiology Technology Supervisor. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our radiology department, ensuring that our patients receive high-quality care and service. We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual who is committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train a team of radiologic technologists to ensure they deliver high-quality patient care
• Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of all radiology equipment and technology
• Schedule and manage appointments for patients • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operation of the radiology department
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a radiology department, supervisory experience encouraged but not necessary
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Strong commitment to patient care and service excellence
