As the Microbiology Lead, you will oversee a team of microbiologists and technicians, ensuring lab excellence and compliance with industry standards. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with R&D teams, contributing to product development and advancing the field of microbiology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Mentor: Guide and support a team of microbiologists and lab technicians.
- Operational Excellence: Optimize lab protocols to improve efficiency and accuracy.

- Compliance: Ensure adherence to FDA, ISO, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 5+ years of microbiology experience, with leadership experience.
- Certifications: ASCP (M) preferred; ASCP (MLS) or AMT certification required.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
