Physical Therapist – Be Part of Something Meaningful in a City with Soul

There’s a certain charm about this part of the Northeast—a sense of history tucked into every cobblestone, a quiet pride in the neighborhoods, and a landscape that balances rolling hills and tree-lined streets with a lively cultural heartbeat. In this corner of Connecticut, just a stone’s throw from the coast, you’ll find a community that honors its roots while embracing the energy of progress. It’s a place where people know their neighbors, the arts scene thrives, and weekend farmers markets feel like a reunion. And in the middle of it all, we’re doing something deeply personal—helping people get their strength, their confidence, and their lives back.

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist who’s not only skilled, but genuinely cares about the people behind each diagnosis. Whether you're a new DPT grad ready to find your first professional home, or you’ve been working in rehab for years and want a place that feels more personal, more human—you’ll find it here. We value critical thinkers, compassionate listeners, and therapists who find joy in real, hands-on healing.

Every day brings something new. You’ll be evaluating physical conditions, designing thoughtful rehab programs, and guiding patients through exercises, stretches, and therapies tailored just for them. Some days you’ll be working with someone rebuilding after surgery. Other days it’s chronic pain management, stroke recovery, or helping someone simply walk without fear again. But always, you’ll be part of a process that’s bigger than treatment—it’s transformation.

What makes this team special is how we work together. We believe in collaborative care that includes the full spectrum—PTs, OTs, nurses, physicians, and families, all contributing to a circle of support. You’ll never be alone in problem-solving or celebrating progress. If you bring specialized certifications in orthopedics, neuro, or geriatrics, that’s a plus—but what we really value is someone who shows up with presence, integrity, and heart.

And when the workday’s done, the city has so much to offer. Take a walk along the waterfront, explore a local gallery, or get lost in a conversation at your favorite coffee shop downtown. There’s a rhythm here that blends coastal calm with cultural spark, where you can spend a Saturday hiking wooded trails and a Sunday browsing historic architecture or catching live jazz. It’s a city with depth and warmth—just like the people who call it home.

If you’re searching for more than just a place to clock in, if you’re looking for a community that recognizes your value and a role that gives you room to grow—we’d love to meet you. Come help us continue this mission of healing, one patient at a time, and be part of something that feels just right.

Your next chapter starts here, in a place with roots, rhythm, and heart.
